महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर के गोधनी इलाके में आधी रात क्लोरीन गैस के रिसाव से हड़कंप मच गया... गोधनी के वॉटर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट में करीब 900 किलो क्षमता वाले क्लोरीन सिलेंडर से गैस लीक होने की जानकारी सामने आई है। गैस आसपास के रिहायशी इलाके तक फैल गई... जिसके बाद कई लोगों को सांस लेने में परेशानी और खांसी की शिकायत हुई। करीब 40 लोगों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया... इनमें कुछ लोगों को ICU में रखा गया। पुलिस और फायर ब्रिगेड के साथ NDRF की टीम मौके पर पहुंची। एहतियात के तौर पर करीब 200 मीटर का इलाका खाली कराया गया। सुबह करीब 5:30 बजे रिसाव पर काबू पा लिया गया।
A chlorine gas leak at a water treatment plant in Godhani, Nagpur, Maharashtra, triggered panic during the early hours of Monday. The leak reportedly occurred from a chlorine cylinder with a capacity of around 900 kg, sending gas into nearby residential areas. Several residents complained of coughing and breathing difficulties, with around 40 people hospitalised and some admitted to intensive care.
